MJS has been working with customers and their home warranties for over 20 years. We take pride in being a preferred contractor with many of these companies and strive to provide the best customer experience for you and your family. MJS understands the different coverages these home warranties provide and try to maximize the full benefits of your policy.
We offer service to your warranty companies Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and can respond with emergency service if needed. MJS accommodates our customers with a 4-hour time slot and a 30-minute arrival notice. If an OEM part is needed to complete the work an MJS team member will call you to set a follow-up appointment. If your equipment is found inoperable and needs to be replaced (e.g., your evaporator coil, compressor, furnace air-handler, etc.), MJS will first have to acquire authorization from your warranty, receive equipment and then schedule you with an installation date.
Sometimes we run into a situation where your home warranty may exclude an item such as (maintenance, clearing of drains, freon, zoning, etc.) at that time MJS will provide you with different options to help with any unexpected cost.
